What a month

The best parts of life are not always apparent until after the fact, sometimes.
The best parts of life are not always apparent until after the fact, sometimes.

What a month!

I am enjoying the afterglow of my first day in my new job as a sales account manager with a trade-show booth and business solutions firm called Entourage X, which is operated by my former high-school football teammate Doug Noftall.

It capped a wild month of exciting things that have gone on in my life, and it was as exhilarating as it was stressful.

OK, no. It was way more stressful than exhilarating. I found a new condo, and it’s beautiful.

Beats the crap out of the drafty house I’ve been renting for the past year. I came to an agreement there and I’m looking forward to the new place.

My daughter is heading off to university, where she will play hockey and study biochemistry at Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y. It’s an amazing opportunity and I’m so incredibly proud of her.

Over and above that, football has started again, and I spend most of my spare time at the field coaching Lakeshore’s bantam and midget offensive lines. It’s exhausting and is my favorite thing, all at the same time.

That being said, I can’t be more thrilled to be joining such a vibrant and enthusiastic team here at work. I feel like a valued member of the team and have already been challenged at a high level – and it’s thrilling.

It’s fun to feel fulfilled professionally again – which is something I have not felt in some time and I’m glad it’s back and part of my life. My personal life is also satisfying to me at present, which hasn’t been the case for a long time. So, really, there’s good news all around.

Structure for Marc is an important thing.

Knowing where and when I’ll be somewhere during the day matters to me, and because coaching and working with others still holds importance, I’ll be keeping my office at Monster Gym for the foreseeable future, so if you have questions about training, would like to get started training and are hoping to improve both your lifespan and the quality of the lifespan, I suggest getting in touch with me via e-mail at marclalondefitness@gmail.com.

More importantly, if a trade show is an important part of your business’ marketing efforts, feel free to reach out to me at Entourage X.

I can be reached at Marcl@entouragex.com. We can do just about anything with the magicians in our creative department and the various tools we have on site.

Want a personalized lounge area for your booth? We got you.

Do you need personalized graphic design services? We got you.

Do you need LED backlighting? Monitors? A virtual showroom for your products?

We. Got. You.

With hundreds of years of experience in our building – and me, with my two days in the industry – we can execute any booth, at any trade show, at any venue around the globe.

It’s a really, really exciting time, dear readers!

I hope you all are as excited as I am.
